These blueprints are essential for proposing solutions that meet complex business objectives. Skills Required

Architectural Expertise: Profound knowledge in designing architectural blueprints, with a strong emphasis on the ServiceNow platform. You should be capable of conceptualising and crafting sophisticated solutions that effectively address complex business challenges.
Business and Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and analyse business processes and their technical requirements, ensuring the proposed solutions align with client objectives.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design creative solutions that improve business operations and technology implementation.
ServiceNow Certifications: Required certifications include ServiceNow System Administrator, with CIS certifications and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Any additional certifications are advantageous. CTA or CMA certifications will be highly regarded.
ServiceNow Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's current release capabilities, features, and best practices. Familiarity with the latest updates and developments in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for articulating architectural designs and solutions to clients and team members. Effective collaboration skills are required for working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Essential Tasks

Architectural Blueprint Development: Analyze and interpret business information and technical requirements, developing comprehensive architectural blueprints that address complex business needs.
Solution Proposals: Propose innovative and effective solutions for achieving business objectives, ensuring they are technically feasible and viable within the ServiceNow platform.
Business Process Analysis: Understand and evaluate client business processes, aligning them with technological capabilities to optimize operations and service delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure that the architectural solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow and technology architecture, continually enhancing your knowledge and skills.
