  • In-depth ServiceNow Knowledge: Profound understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with the ability to deploy and customise it according to specific business needs.
     

  • Business Process Acumen: Skilled in optimising processes based on ITIL/ITSM best practices, enhancing overall organisational efficiency.
     

  • Customer Engagement: Strong abilities in engaging with clients, understanding their vision, and aligning it with their business objectives and project plans.
     

  • Problem-solving Expertise: Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
     

  • Detail-Oriented Approach: A meticulous attention to detail, recognising the significance of accurate and effective implementation.
     

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, as you will analyse processes and create automation to enhance platform efficiency.
     

  • Communication Skills: Proficient written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with team members and clients.

  • Solution Implementation: Tailor and implement specific ServiceNow features or the entire platform at customer sites, ensuring alignment with agreed standards of quality, time, effort, and cost.
     

  • Process Optimisation: Assist global companies in transforming their service experience by optimising processes across various departments using ServiceNow solutions.
     

  • Client Consultation: Engage in meaningful discussions with clients to inform and shape their vision, ensuring the realisation of effective project plans.
     

  • Benefit Maximisation: Implement solutions that enable clients to gain the maximum benefit from the ServiceNow platform.
     

  • ServiceNow Ambassadorship: Represent ServiceNow's interests and standards, performing work on their behalf for their customers, focusing on precision and excellence.
